What Will You Be Doing?

Field Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating, delivering, and maintaining all training materials needed to support the efforts of the Field Marketing and Sales team. Focus will be placed on training best practices for front line agents to ensure the effective collection of service fees at airport locations. i.e., bag, seat and agent assist. In addition, continually update as needed materials as policies and procedures change, maintain training records and instruct as needed. Curriculum Facilitator will act as liaison cross departmentally with those areas with which Field Marketing and Sales team is most aligned.

Essential Functions
Perform needs analysis to scope projects based on business needs
Implement an eLearning platform
Create a comprehensive training manual
Maintain and update existing content to ensure it is always current
Maintain systemwide training records
Create Computer Based Instruction courses to support departmental sales goals
Create eLearning design standards
Create instructor lead content
Create a lively and exciting environment to facilitate a productive learning environment
Develop a meaning curriculum that allows team members to translate learned skills in to actionable sales and effective customer service techniques
Travel to training exercise sites as needed
Understand best practices for classroom and e-learning environments
Design and develop transformative, in-person and online e-learning courses and modules
Stay up to date with business and learning trends, applying them to existing and new content
Seek to continuously improve our instructional design and training processes
Maintain a database of classes to make sure they are current and up to date
Develop system and processes to track the effectiveness of our learning solutions (ROI)
Determine best learning processes for end users
Build relationships and act as liaison with key cross-departmental partners to ensure business needs are met. i.e. – Inflight, Airport Customer Service & Information Technology
Create system/method to obtain student feedback and effectiveness
Develop content for field reps to utilize to promote sales and to promote the Frontier brand

Other Functions
Contribute to company and departmental projects as needed or requested

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Marketing; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree requirement
3+ years of work experience with career progression as a course developer or instructional designer
Strong command of the English language
Spanish speaker is a plus
Fun seeker with the ability to create an exciting and fun environment for team members to learn and manifest skill set

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing in-person training materials, as well as include e-learning and video.
Solid project management skills including planning, managing details, tracking multiple tasks/projects, working with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person and in writing.
