Front Desk Receptionist

At Serenity Healthcare, we have the fulfilling job of helping patients take their life back! Serenity is looking for Front Desk receptionists for our San Antonio, TX office. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will primarily support our patients by extending a warm welcome, addressing questions or concerns, and overall creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Through personable and genuine conversations, you will develop memorable experiences for them to receive the best care. We are looking for people who thrive in social interactions and find gratification in improving someone’s day. Our hours of operation are from 6 am-8 pm M-F, 7 am-7 pm Saturdays.

Daily Responsibilities

Extend a warm greeting to each patient and attempt to make meaningful conversation.
Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma/ GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a reception or personal customer service industry.
