Pilatus is hiring a Parts Sales and Services Administrator (Customer Support Representative) to join our completions center in Broomfield, CO. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders from Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers to meet their parts requirements. You will also be responsible for making sure required parts are supplied in a timely and efficient manner in order to maintain a strong working relationship with our customers. The ability to provide technical information and answer complex questions in response to inquiries on our market-leading PC-12 NGX and PC-24 aircraft is key to the success of this position. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Create and/or process Sales Orders for customers
Create and/or process Invoices for customers
Coordinate efforts to meet AOG and Expedite needs until the part is delivered to the end customer
Act as a liaison between customer and Pilatus for all parts inquiries
Monitor and process customer open orders
Process the Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
Process customer direct shipments from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd or vendor
Provide price quotes and process price/availability requests from customers
Research parts using the IPD, AMM, CMM, or other resources
Ensure compliance with Pilatus Service Center Policies and Procedures
Ensure adherence to Pilatus internal Procedures
Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Other Duties/Responsibilities
Participate in 24/7/365 AOG on-call rotation
Alert Accounting of any company that is not current with their account
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the aviation field
2+ years of technical experience related to aviation parts
Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferred
Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
Ability to learn and utilize aviation technical software; working knowledge of Quantum a plus
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
Must be able to prioritize the workload and produce high quality, detailed work on a consistent basis
Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.15
