A Brief Overview
Provides general administrative support. Maintains and files reports and other information. Schedules and coordinates logistical support for conference calls and meetings. Makes travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
What you will do
- Schedule Management & Travel
- Manage vendor and customer contact files.
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Participate actively in planning and execution of company events
- Provide front line support for all RCM staff needs, light IT included
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Monitor and report all in-office employee access issues, minimizing down-time
Qualifications
- Located within 30 miles of the Corporate Office (Rockaway, New Jersey)
- High School Diploma High School Diploma Required
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role in the Healthcare Industry.
- 1-3 years As an administrative assistant, your primary function is to manage day to day operations, administrative duties, and provide support to the chief experience officer.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Effective oral, written and persuasive skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and assimilate disparate views to resolve problems
